Monday round up

Yesterday was the “unofficial” fiftieth anniversary of the publication of The Genesis Flood. Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis reflects on the book’s impact in his own life here. His article includes an interesting piece of history in the form of a handwritten note from John Whitcomb’s journal for 20 February 1961 recording the arrival of the first copies of the book from the publisher.

Joe Francis of the Creation Biology Study Group (BSG) has a new cell biology blog. Although it’s designed primarily for Joe’s students at Master’s College it may be of interest to readers of this blog. You can check it out here.

Also, please note the call for abstracts for the forthcoming Creation Geology Society (CGS) meeting in Rapid City, South Dakota, 28-30 July 2011.
